Case Study

The story of one home and two listings

2443 Loretntz Place N was on the market twice in a short period. The same home was listed by another agent in August 2020 resulting in no offers. Our team relisted the home in April 2021. The two main differences in the listing were presentation and timing. See the before and after photos below.

Why staging matters

Great photos get buyers in the door.

You need great photos of your home to stand out online.

Staging helps your home photograph well.

To get great photographs you literally set the stage with staging.  Make your home look its absolute best.

Cosmetically, few changes were made to this home. I recommended painting the mustard trim white. The staging, angles and quality of photography present the room as warm and welcoming with layers of furnishings. The ceilings were illuminated with soft flash which makes the space feel more spatious. These small details make a big difference when you’re trying to stop the scroll and entice buyers to book an in-person tour.

We lead with great photography

We use the same photographers whether we are selling a $400k condo or $5M home. We collaborate closetly with our team of photographers to take photos at angles that present the home at its best.

Small changes with a big impact

The photo on the right makes the home feel larger. Before you ever arrive, you know the base level of the home has a walkout deck and large windows. Photos are strategically taken at certain perspectives and placed deliverately in a specific order.
